Corporate Onboarding Console — Dossier, Evidence and Ownership Graph

The Corporate Onboarding console (menu Investigation › Onboarding PJ) is where the analyst works the company's dossier: the criteria checklist, the computed ultimate beneficial owner, the evidence with documents side by side, the ownership graph with the relevant path lit up, and the decision record. Everything the KYC/KYB vertical produces surfaces here.

Dossier list

The list shows each company in the dossier context with corporate name, CNPJ, document count, current flow phase, screening result and beneficial-owner summary. Filter by text (name or CNPJ) and by screening result. The screen requires a context of type Registration Dossier (KYC/KYB) registered under Sistema › Contextos — without one, a notice explains how to create it.

New dossier: the button asks only for the CNPJ (validated with check digits) and takes you to the Upload screen already configured — every document in the batch is anchored to the target company, and the onboarding flow starts (or resumes) automatically when the batch finishes.

Dossier detail — the six tabs

• Criteria — each compliance criterion with a status badge (Compliant / Anomaly / Critical anomaly / Pending), the analysis explanation, the evidence excerpt, the criterion version applied (v1, v2…) and the divergence block when two documents contradict each other.
• Beneficial owner — each beneficiary with the aggregated effective stake, the ownership paths itemized (with each path's percentage) and a badge for whoever reaches the 25% threshold. A percentage the documents do not state shows as unknown — it is never summed as zero. Declared × computed divergences get their own table.
• Documents — the documents linked to the company, with a shortcut to send supplementary ones.
• Ownership graph — the chain drawn as a force graph: companies and people, percentages on the edges, the path to the beneficial owner lit in amber, badges for listed companies and funds, dashed edges for levels materialized from the reference base (Receita/CVM). Clicking a company expands the chain from it.
• Findings — what the cross-checks surfaced: possible negative-base links and possible PEPs (always with a confidence score and the notice that the match is probabilistic — confirmation is human), attributes shared with other companies, certificates and the standing in the BCB authorized-institutions base. Each certificate carries the badge assessed on the analysis date — valid, expiring, expired (with the days overdue) or not verifiable, when the date could not be read from the document. A certificate with no readable date never shows as valid: it becomes an explicit finding.
• Decision — the flow's open human tasks, the decision form (approve / reject / request document, with a mandatory reason) and the trail: who decided, when, and why — plus the table of criteria and versions applied in screening, which answers months later "on what basis was this client approved".

Side-by-side evidence

Each criterion's View evidence button opens the source documents in two independently scrolling columns: the excerpt cited by the analysis is highlighted in amber and, when a divergence is recorded, the divergent value shows in red. Below 768px the columns stack. Reports generated before the provenance field never break the screen — the button is disabled with an explanation and the suggestion to re-run screening.

Each column is a DISTINCT document: the report's provenance records both the document code and the cited chunk id for the same document, and passing both would open the same piece on both sides. The column header shows the source file name when the document has no process/document number — the case for every registration dossier.

Continue in Chat

The Continue in Chat button opens Chat already carrying the dossier's CNPJ and its data context. What travels is the dossier's identity, not the report: the conversation starts knowing which company it is about and fetches the rest on demand (and up to date). If the dossier's context is off in Chat, it is turned on and the context indicator flashes — the scope change is never silent. The Onboarding PJ panel stays open alongside, for the way back.

PDF export

The Export PDF button generates the consolidated dossier: header with company, CNPJ and timestamp; criteria checklist with status and each criterion's version; beneficiaries with percentages and paths; divergences; and the ownership graph image as shown on screen.

Permissions

KYB permissions are additive: the console also consumes the existing audit, flow and search APIs. Hiding buttons in the frontend is a visual hint — the real barrier is the backend, which refuses with a message in Portuguese.
